WHY CONFLUENCE IS THE WHOLE POINT
Any single method can be talked into any trade. A trend line can be drawn twice, an oscillator can be reinterpreted, an order block can be redrawn one candle later. What is much harder to argue with is several methods that do not share assumptions arriving at the same level independently.

INDEPENDENCE FIRST
Two moving averages are not two pieces of evidence. Footprint absorption and a value-area edge are, because they are computed from different data and can disagree.

MEASURED, NOT VOTED
Each method reports its own state at the level. The Confluence Engine™ counts how many are active and shows which are not, so the score can never hide a disagreement.

Price returns to a prior swing low that also sits at the value-area low.
Structure gives you the level. The volume profile says the market previously accepted price there. Footprint shows aggressive sellers being absorbed rather than moving price. CVD diverges from price. Equal lows just below suggest resting liquidity. Funding is flat, so positioning adds nothing, and that shows as the one segment that stays dark. Five of six, with the sixth visible and unmet.
