Almost none lead with which legal entity you actually open with, and that single detail decides what protection sits behind your funds. TMGM + ULTIMA MARKETS READ THE NOTE → - RESEARCH NOTE 03 · PROP FIRMS MOST PROP FIRMS ARE MARKETING COMPANIES. WE LOOKED FOR THE ONE THAT PAYS. A funded account is only worth having if the payout actually arrives. That makes prop-firm selection almost entirely a question of solvency, payout record and rule fairness, not profit-split percentages on a landing page.
